Terms and Conditions – p999 Online Gaming Pakistan

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below. Reading this section first will help you understand every other clause in this document clearly.

By accessing p999, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and p999 regarding your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must cease using p999 immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. p999 recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and this English version is the authoritative version. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in all cases.

To register and maintain an Account on p999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p999 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take immediate action — including permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance — against any Account found to belong to a person under 18.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, or any form of non-individual registration is not permitted on p999.
• You must be accessing p999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of p999 or any company associated with the operation of the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from p999 or have had a prior Account closed for a breach of these Terms.

p999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to CNIC, proof of address, or proof of age documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on p999. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any balances held within them being voided.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You must update your Account information promptly if any of the details you provided change.

p999 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to p999 in a timely manner and cooperated fully with our investigation.

p999 requires KYC verification for players who wish to make withdrawals above certain thresholds or who trigger an internal review flag. KYC documentation includes a copy of your CNIC and may include a selfie with your CNIC and/or proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is satisfactorily completed.

p999 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion at any stage. p999 charges zero platform fees on either deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside p999's control.

Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though p999 may impose deposit limits on a per-account basis as part of responsible gaming measures.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of the request being submitted. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one banking business day depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the p999 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• p999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal if the request triggers an internal review flag, such as an unusually large amount or a payment method not previously used for deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific requirements for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit via your payment provider while you retain a balance on p999 may result in immediate Account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.

p999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, tournament entry bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses on p999:

• Bonus funds are credited to your p999 Wallet and are visible separately from your deposited balance. You can see exactly what is bonus and what is withdrawable at all times.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be used for gameplay until any applicable wagering requirement is met, at which point the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• p999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time for prospective players. Offers cannot be claimed retroactively for wagers already placed.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other manipulation — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.

All games available on p999 — including cricket betting, Teen Patti, Ludo Games, Jackpot Slots, and crash games — are governed by the specific rules published for each game within the game interface or the relevant section of the p999 platform. In all cases, the general principles in this clause apply.

p999 uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) for all games where the outcome is determined by chance. The RNG produces statistically independent results for every game event. p999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player, session, or account type.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, p999 will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution based on the game state at the time of the fault. p999's determination in such cases is final, subject to the dispute process in Clause 15.
• Cricket betting odds on p999 are set by p999 and reflect market conditions at the time the bet is accepted. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are fixed. p999 reserves the right to void a bet in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to clear and obvious pricing errors.
• Collusion between players — including coordinated folding, deliberate loss transfer in card games, or any other form of chip dumping — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and recovery of any funds transferred through such activity.
• The use of any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with p999 games on your behalf is strictly prohibited. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered Account holder.

The p999 Refer a Friend programme allows registered Players to earn PKR rewards by referring new players to the Platform. Full programme details are published on the Refer a Friend page. The following principles govern the programme at a general level:

• Referral codes are unique to each Account and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person for commercial use without p999's explicit written consent.
• Self-referral — registering secondary accounts using your own referral code — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Any referral bonuses earned through self-referral will be voided and the Account(s) involved will be closed.
• p999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend programme at any time with reasonable notice to existing participants. Referral rewards already credited to Wallets before any termination announcement will be honoured.
• Referral earnings are real PKR and are withdrawable under the same conditions as other withdrawable balances, with no secondary wagering requirement attached to the referral reward itself.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Money Laundering: Using p999 to process proceeds of crime, to transfer funds without corresponding play, or in any manner that violates applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or maintaining more than one Account, regardless of the name, device, payment method, or identity used.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of the bonus system including arbitrage, abuse of disconnection policies, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software that automates game decisions or actions on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping, deliberate folding agreements, or match-fixing in any format.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith while retaining a balance or winnings at p999.
• Harassment: Using any communication feature of p999 to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other players or staff members.

p999 employs technical monitoring, behavioural analysis, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players who become aware of suspected prohibited conduct by other players are encouraged to report it to support@p999.life.

p999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A request from a relevant authority or compliance obligation.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity (Accounts with no login for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 50, which will be deducted from the Wallet balance until it reaches zero or the Account is reactivated).

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding review process.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, including fraud or prohibited conduct, p999 reserves the right to withhold and void the entire Account balance, including deposited funds, as a civil remedy for losses and costs caused by the breach.

p999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Real-money gaming carries genuine financial risk and is intended for entertainment purposes only. p999 strongly encourages all Players to approach gaming responsibly and within their financial means.

p999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible through the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your p999 Wallet. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased (tightened) immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a defined period, helping you stay aware of how much time you are spending on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from p999. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes the Account indefinitely. During any exclusion period, p999 will not accept deposits and will prevent you from placing wagers.

p999 takes a proactive approach to player welfare. Staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and the Platform monitors for behavioural patterns that may indicate a Player needs support. p999 may proactively reach out to a Player or apply protective measures if such patterns are identified, even in the absence of a Player request.

p999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at p999.life/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, p999 collects your name, mobile number, CNIC details (for KYC), payment method information, and gameplay data. This information is used to operate your Account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. p999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

p999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to p999 staff in readable format.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p999's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p999 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gameplay outcomes, whether from games of skill or chance, betting results, or any other wagering activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside p999's direct control that affect a Player's ability to play or to execute a withdrawal in a timely manner.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in mobile wallet or bank transfer processing, provided p999 has correctly initiated the payment from its systems.

Nothing in this clause limits p999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

p999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top of the document. For significant changes that materially affect Player rights, p999 will also notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account.

Your continued use of p999 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

p999 aims to respond to all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. For complex disputes involving game outcomes or payment investigations, resolution may take up to 14 business days. p999 will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the p999 management team by contacting support@p999.life with the subject line "Formal Dispute". p999 will review escalated disputes at a senior level and provide a final determination in writing.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws applicable to p999's operational jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through p999's internal process.
